All responsibility for uploaded Content belongs to the user who submitted it.
Library Revit:
- Does not verify authorship of files.
- Is not liable for copyright violations made by users.
If you believe your rights have been violated, please contact us for review and potential removal.
6. Downloads & Use of Files
Files available on Library Revit are provided as-is.
Users understand that:
- Files are created by third parties.
- Quality, accuracy, or performance is not guaranteed.
Downloads are performed at the user’s own risk.
7. Engineering & BIM Disclaimer (Important)
BIM models, Revit families, and technical resources provided on the Platform are intended for educational and reference purposes only.
Library Revit does NOT guarantee:
- Structural accuracy
- Code compliance
- Engineering safety
- Construction suitability
Users must verify all information independently before applying it to real-world projects.
Library Revit shall not be liable for damages, losses, or project failures resulting from use of downloaded materials.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Upload copyrighted content without authorization
- Distribute malware or harmful files
- Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities
- Use automated scraping tools excessively
- Abuse download systems or accounts
We reserve the right to restrict access if suspicious activity is detected.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate external technologies such as viewers, analytics tools, or embedded content.
Library Revit is not responsible for third-party practices or data collection.
10. Payments & Premium Services
If paid features or memberships are introduced:
- Transactions will be processed by secure third-party providers.
- Library Revit does not store full payment details.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Library Revit shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Project errors
- Engineering failures
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Financial losses arising from use of the Platform
Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

- Upload unauthorized material

13. International Users

By using the Platform, you agree that disputes may be governed under applicable international digital service standards.
