Mounting heights and plumbing coordination

Mounting height matters for accessibility — accessible lavatories require a specific rim height and knee clearance beneath, and those dimensions vary by jurisdiction, so verify against your local standard rather than the family default. If your project runs plumbing in Revit, confirm the family carries pipe connectors before relying on it; a purely architectural basin will look right in views but will not connect to a system. For repeated bathroom cores, build the basin, faucet and vanity as a group so a single edit updates every unit.
