Minimalist small house

It has a kitchenette (kitchen; sink high shelves; low shelves and refrigerator; bathroom (sink; toilet and shower); small living room (2-section armchair); bedroom located on the second level (1-piece bed; desk; chair) and patio rear (3 bushes). the house has double height in the living room and kitchen. the attached file has the rvt file version 2019 and an ifc file which can be imported into any version of revit.
