La Plata Clinic Proposal – Modular Outpatient Suite

Compact two-level outpatient clinic designed for a narrow urban lot. The Revit model shows a linear sequence of modular exam rooms along a central corridor, with reception and waiting at the street front, administrative desk, and accessible restrooms on both levels.

A central stair connects floors and brings light through double-height glazing and small patios. Built-in storage and workstations are included in each consult room. The set includes 3D axonometric cuts, floor plans, and transverse sections—ideal as a starting template for medical, dental, or diagnostic suites that require scalable, repeatable bays.
