Small Government House – Tamil Nadu

Compact single-story residential Revit model inspired by Tamil Nadu government housing. The design includes a front stoop with canopy, flat roof terrace with parapet and railing, window sunshades, and simple plastered façades with color bands. The plan provides a living hall, two flexible rooms (bedroom/kitchen), a toilet, and external access to the terrace. Delivered with 3D views and floor plans—ideal for affordable housing studies.
