Revit model of a staff housing building for an academic campus. The L‑shaped massing terraces down the slope with 3–4 residential levels, exterior access galleries, and two vertical circulation cores. Units feature balconies facing the courtyard, while sections and elevations show structure, foundations, and service shafts.
